The first thing to check is leakage sensitivity — 30mA is the standard for personal shock protection, and all models here meet it. The third is the current rating (40A or 63A), which must match the total load of the circuits it protects.

A common mistake is installing a single RCD for the whole panel with no circuit division — if it trips, the entire home loses power. It's best to split protection across several RCDs by zone (kitchen, rooms, AC units).
