Generally, Ramo products do not include warranty, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description or approved via official email from ramo.co.il
📋 Exceptions - When Warranty Exists
1️⃣ Warranty Stated in Product Description
If the product description on the product page explicitly includes warranty information (period, conditions), this warranty is valid and will apply.
2️⃣ Approval via Official Email
Warranty is valid only if written approval was received via official email from @ramo.co.il address. Approvals from other email addresses will not be considered valid.
