Policy Principles
- ❌No returns or exchanges of products are accepted after placing an order.
- ❌No refunds, no exchanges, and no credit vouchers.
- ✓We recommend checking carefully before ordering, including fit, dimensions and quantity.
- ❌We are not responsible for damages or problems after delivery, including product suitability or usage preferences added by the customer.
- ❌There is no defined return period – this clause is valid in any case of purchase.
Legal Limitations
Israeli law (Consumer Protection Law and its regulations) allows businesses that do not allow returns, thanks to explicit notice to the customer, under clear conditions – about this, the business must present this policy more precisely and visibly at the business location or in the order confirmation.
These terms do not apply if there is a material defect in the product that was not caused by the customer (for example: defective or non-matching product). In such a case, a solution will be provided according to law – repair, replacement or full refund.
For products ordered on demand, clothing, jewelry in custom quality or disposable products – the law prohibits returns, and our policy complies with this law.
