Shipping Policy
Orders are placed by phone only. After placing an order and coordinating delivery details, products will be delivered through one of the following channels, depending on the type of order, stock availability, and customer location:
Our Delivery Methods
Direct Delivery from Suppliers
Some products may be shipped directly from supplier warehouses, such as Tambour, Thermocare and other companies, depending on product availability and shipping area.
Delivery with Crane
Heavy products or large orders – delivery will be made with a crane to a location that can be safely reached. The customer is responsible for ensuring convenient and proper access to the unloading site.
Delivery with Shipping Company – Cheetah
Light products or small shipments are sometimes delivered through the Cheetah courier company or a similar company.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time will be provided during the phone order, depending on location, availability, and delivery method.
Usually – delivery within 3–7 business days.
Additional Information:
- Shipping cost will be agreed in advance by phone according to the order.
- There may be several separate deliveries for the same order – according to supplier division.
- In special cases, we will inform the customer of a change in delivery method or delay.
