Welcome to RAMO
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RAMO website (www.ramo.co.il) and any purchases made through it. The site is operated by RAMO – Raw Materials and More (Company No. 201298411) ("the Company", "RAMO", "we"), operating in Israel. Primary warehouse/fulfillment hub: Megiddo Junction.
Browsing the site, using it, placing an order, or making a purchase — online, by phone, WhatsApp, or any other Company channel — constitutes binding acceptance of these Terms, which form a legal agreement between you and the Company. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place orders.
Wording that appears in a single grammatical gender is for convenience only and applies to all genders equally. Section headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
1. Eligibility
- •You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts. A minor using the site is deemed to have guardian approval.
- •Services and deliveries are intended for customers within the State of Israel, subject to delivery limits and areas described in the Shipping Policy. An email address and a physical address in Israel are required for delivery and service.
- •The user must hold a valid Israeli ID card, or be a corporation/business duly incorporated and registered in Israel.
- •A valid payment method that can be processed in Israel is required to complete a purchase, including an Israeli credit card, Bit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and/or other methods shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
- •You agree to provide complete, accurate information. False details may constitute an offense and may lead to order cancellation and/or blocked access.
2. Products, Pricing & Stock
Prices are in Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Site prices may differ from store/warehouse or phone quotes.
Product images are for illustration only and are not a precise commitment to appearance. Differences may occur in color, shade, finish, packaging, dimensions, or look due to manufacturer updates or production batches. Written product-page and manufacturer specifications prevail over images. A minor cosmetic difference from the image is not, by itself, grounds for cancellation beyond your rights under law. If the title does not state a brand, the supplied product may be another brand — confirm with customer service before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, products sold on the site are new (Grade A) and shipped in the manufacturer’s original packaging where relevant to the product type.
The Company may modify, discontinue, or update listings, quantities, and prices at any time at its sole discretion.
Some products ship from the RAMO warehouse and some directly from suppliers/manufacturers. Orders are subject to actual stock. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you, offer an alternative where possible, or cancel and refund the amount paid for that item.
A bona fide error in price, description, or product data (including a price of 0 or a materially wrong price) does not bind the Company. In such a case the Company may cancel the transaction or correct the data and ask you to re-confirm or cancel for a refund.
If the supplier/manufacturer price rises after you place an order and before the site is updated, the Company may present the increase (subject to an official supplier notice where available) and offer to update the order price accordingly or cancel the order and refund amounts paid.
3. Ordering Process
Placing an order on the site, by phone, or via WhatsApp is an offer to purchase. An order is not finally confirmed until you receive our confirmation and after stock and payment are verified. These Terms apply in full to phone and WhatsApp orders.
- •We will send order confirmation by email and/or phone/message after verifying availability and payment. An order number alone does not complete the sale.
- •The Company may cancel, refuse, or suspend an order due to stock limits, pricing/description errors, suspected fraud, incomplete/incorrect details, payment decline, or breach of these Terms.
- •If a product is unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item (or offer an alternative with your consent).
- •The Company’s computer records of site activity shall constitute prima facie evidence of the actions and their details.
4. Payment
Payment is made via the methods shown at checkout and processed securely by our payment provider. Common methods include credit card, Bit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, subject to availability at purchase time. Installments may be available for eligible orders, subject to acquirer approval.
Payment details are encrypted and processed by the payment provider. The Company does not store full credit-card numbers on its servers.
Payment decline or incomplete payment allows the Company to cancel the order. An order is complete only after charge approval and stock confirmation.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery follows the option agreed (home delivery, pickup point, self-pickup, special freight, etc.). Large/heavy items may require coordination and extra cost — no surcharge without your approval. The courier/carrier’s terms (e.g. HFD or another provider) may apply to the transport leg.
Estimated delivery times are counted in business days (Sun–Thu, typically during standard business hours) and exclude Friday, Saturday, holiday eves, holidays, and intermediate days of festivals, unless stated otherwise. Delays may occur due to stock, area, security situation, or force majeure.
The Company is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather, strikes, supplier/courier failures, security situations, or courier refusal to serve an area. We will try to arrange an alternate drop-off or cancel and refund as appropriate.
Delay caused by a wrong address, unavailability to receive the shipment, or difficulty contacting you during business hours is not a breach by the Company.
Remote or exceptional areas (including Eilat, kibbutzim/moshavim, military bases, localities beyond the Green Line, and access-restricted areas) may involve a surcharge and/or delay. In security-restricted areas, the Company may leave goods at an agreed nearby drop-off point.
On delivery or self-pickup, the Company or its agents may require ID and/or presence of the payment-method holder.
Self-pickup must be coordinated in advance (phone/WhatsApp) and collected only after notice that the order is ready. Collect within 14 business days of the ready notice, unless otherwise agreed. ID and presence of the payment-method holder may be required. Risk passes to you on handover, including during self-transport. Primary warehouse: Megiddo Junction.
Subject to non-waivable consumer rights under law, the Company’s liability for delivery delay or failure is limited to direct damage not exceeding the price of the relevant product/service, and excludes indirect damage or lost profits.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, a consumer may cancel a distance sale within 14 days of receiving the product or the disclosure document — whichever is later — subject to the Law and these Terms.
Cancel in writing via the site’s return-request form and/or email to info@ramo.co.il, stating the order/invoice number and contact details.
For cancellation due to change of mind (not defect/mismatch), a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction or ₪100 — whichever is lower — may apply as permitted by law. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense; product must be in original packaging unused and undamaged.
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. Used, installed, assembled, or damaged products are not accepted for change-of-mind returns.
If the product has already been handed to the courier or left the warehouse, change-of-mind cancellation requires return at the customer’s expense. Outbound shipping fees already paid may not be refunded once the shipment is underway, subject to applicable law.
Among other cases, custom-made/special-order items, cut-to-size materials, opened consumables, blocks and quarry materials in open pallets, gypsum boards/products and profiles, sanitary products, delicate aluminum profiles and building iron, tinted paint, and items listed in the Returns Policy and section 14C of the Consumer Protection Law cannot be cancelled/returned.
The Company may cancel a sale even after confirmation in cases of bona fide error, stock depletion, force majeure, incorrect details, non-payment, or breach of these Terms — in which case amounts paid (if any) will be refunded without additional compensation beyond what the law requires.
7. Product Warranty
After sale, warranty for product quality, repairs, and spare parts — where applicable — rests with the manufacturer and/or importer under the warranty certificate and applicable law. The Company is not the manufacturer of most products and is not liable for installation performed by the customer or a third party.
The website and services are provided "as is". There is no commitment of absolute fitness for a specific purpose beyond the product page and applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content — including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, design, and software — is owned by the Company and/or its licensors and protected by copyright and IP law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or use content without prior written consent. The name RAMO, trademarks, and domain names are Company property.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Israeli law, and subject to non-waivable consumer rights, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost income or profits, arising from use of the site or purchases.
The Company is not responsible for third-party content, links, or services linked from the site.
Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. The Company may interrupt service for maintenance. No compensation is due for outages unless the law requires otherwise.
10. Communications & Marketing
The Company may send operational messages about orders, payment, shipping, security, or customer service — without separate marketing consent.
Advertising messages will be sent only in accordance with the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 1982, and applicable consent/rules. You may withdraw consent at any time (e.g. "unsubscribe"). Opting out of marketing does not stop operational messages.

12. Blocking Access
Without limiting other remedies, the Company may suspend or block site access and/or cancel orders if false details are provided, illegal activity occurs, these Terms are breached, or the site or Company is harmed.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and use of the site are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute lies with the competent courts of the Northern District of Israel.
14. Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. A one-off deviation from these Terms does not create a precedent.
