OMEGA Strapping Bands Price List — 2026 | ramo.co.il

The first parameter is material: nylon (NY) suits general indoor use, while polyester (POL) resists abrasion, moisture and heavy loads — recommended for exterior installations and heavy construction projects.

The second parameter is length: for a standard apartment, 10–15 m covers most needs. For commercial or public buildings, 30–50 m saves splices and reduces labor time. Pay attention to diameter: Ø4 mm fits conduits up to 1.5", while Ø6.5 mm handles heavy-duty infrastructure.

Common mistake: buying a tape that's too short. Always add 20–30% to your planned length — bends, walls, and columns consume meters. OMEGA HERO HORN models come with a coiled reel that makes on-site deployment much faster.

Before starting, make sure the conduit is clear of debris and obstructions. Attach the band's head to the cable using a short leader wire — never connect directly to cable insulation.

During pulling, maintain a steady, even pace. At bends, pause, release a little tension, then continue. With a spring head, the band springs back to shape and navigates corners much more easily.

Maintenance: after use, clean the band of dust and dirt and store it coiled on its reel. Polyester tapes can be lightly lubricated with silicone spray to extend service life.
