Payment can be made by credit card or checks. It is possible to split the payment into two parts, according to ENABLE check #2 and provided that the split does not exceed current plus 60 terms (meaning: payment up to 60 days from receipt of the product). Complete payment details before order delivery; credit commission may apply.

Account Opening for Contractors and Renovators

Contractors and renovators with licensed business can open a business account with us. The customer must deposit a security check in the amount listed for the estimated order, until payment terms are approved. Invoice or transaction invoice issuance is carried out in accordance with VAT law provisions and related regulations.

Order Confirmation Receipt

After placing the order, the customer will receive a phone order confirmation and email containing the order content, payment terms and estimated delivery date.

Payment Policy

At Ramo – Raw Materials and More, you can pay in one of the following ways, according to the order terms:

Additional Highlights and Conditions

•Payment Timing: According to the confirmation given by phone and the invoice or transaction invoice you will receive.
•Card Charging or Check Clearing: Will only be done after product delivery to the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
•Security Check Retention: Will be kept as a type of guarantee until invoice instructions are fully fulfilled.
•No Self-Offset Without Legal Document: All balances must be collected according to law.
