These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RAMO website (www.ramo.co.il) and any purchases made through it. The site is operated by RAMO – Raw Materials and More (Company No. 201298411) ("the Company", "RAMO", "we"), operating in Israel. Primary warehouse/fulfillment hub: Megiddo Junction. Просмотр сайта, его использование, оформление заказа или покупка — онлайн, по телефону, через WhatsApp или по любому другому каналу Компании — означает обязательное принятие настоящих Условий, которые составляют юридическое соглашение между вами и Компанией. Если вы не согласны, не используйте сайт и не оформляйте заказы.
Wording that appears in a single grammatical gender is for convenience only and applies to all genders equally. Section headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
1. Право на использование
- •You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts. A minor using the site is deemed to have guardian approval.
- •Услуги и доставка предназначены для клиентов на территории Государства Израиль с учётом ограничений доставки и зон, описанных в Политике доставки. Для доставки и обслуживания требуются адрес электронной почты и физический адрес в Израиле.
- •Пользователь должен иметь действительное израильское удостоверение личности или быть юридическим лицом/предприятием, надлежащим образом зарегистрированным в Израиле.
- •Для завершения покупки требуется действительный способ оплаты, который может быть обработан в Израиле, включая израильскую кредитную карту, Bit, Apple Pay, Google Pay и/или другие способы, указанные при оформлении заказа на момент покупки.
- •You agree to provide complete, accurate information. False details may constitute an offense and may lead to order cancellation and/or blocked access.
2. Товары, цены и наличие
Prices are in Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Site prices may differ from store/warehouse or phone quotes.
Product images are for illustration only and are not a precise commitment to appearance. Differences may occur in color, shade, finish, packaging, dimensions, or look due to manufacturer updates or production batches. Written product-page and manufacturer specifications prevail over images. A minor cosmetic difference from the image is not, by itself, grounds for cancellation beyond your rights under law. If the title does not state a brand, the supplied product may be another brand — confirm with customer service before purchase.

The Company may modify, discontinue, or update listings, quantities, and prices at any time at its sole discretion.
Some products ship from the RAMO warehouse and some directly from suppliers/manufacturers. Orders are subject to actual stock. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you, offer an alternative where possible, or cancel and refund the amount paid for that item.
A bona fide error in price, description, or product data (including a price of 0 or a materially wrong price) does not bind the Company. In such a case the Company may cancel the transaction or correct the data and ask you to re-confirm or cancel for a refund.
Если цена поставщика/производителя повысилась после оформления заказа и до обновления сайта, Компания может сообщить о повышении (при наличии официального уведомления поставщика) и предложить обновить цену заказа соответственно или отменить заказ и вернуть уплаченные суммы.
3. Оформление заказа
Оформление заказа на сайте, по телефону или через WhatsApp является предложением о покупке. Заказ окончательно не подтверждается, пока вы не получите наше подтверждение и пока не будут проверены наличие и оплата. Настоящие Условия полностью применяются к телефонным заказам и заказам через WhatsApp.
- •We will send order confirmation by email and/or phone/message after verifying availability and payment. An order number alone does not complete the sale.
- •The Company may cancel, refuse, or suspend an order due to stock limits, pricing/description errors, suspected fraud, incomplete/incorrect details, payment decline, or breach of these Terms.
- •If a product is unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item (or offer an alternative with your consent).
- •The Company’s computer records of site activity shall constitute prima facie evidence of the actions and their details.
4. Оплата
Оплата производится способами, указанными при оформлении заказа, и безопасно обрабатывается нашим платёжным провайдером. Распространённые способы включают кредитную карту, Bit, Apple Pay и Google Pay, в зависимости от доступности на момент покупки. Рассрочка может быть доступна для подходящих заказов при одобрении эквайера.
Payment details are encrypted and processed by the payment provider. The Company does not store full credit-card numbers on its servers.
Payment decline or incomplete payment allows the Company to cancel the order. An order is complete only after charge approval and stock confirmation.
5. Доставка
Доставка осуществляется согласно согласованному варианту (доставка на дом, пункт выдачи, самовывоз, спецперевозка и т. д.). Крупные/тяжёлые товары могут потребовать согласования и дополнительной оплаты — без вашего согласия доплата не взимается. Условия курьерской/транспортной компании (например, HFD или другого провайдера) могут применяться к этапу перевозки.
Ориентировочные сроки доставки считаются в рабочих днях (вс–чт, обычно в стандартные рабочие часы) и не включают пятницу, субботу, кануны праздников, праздники и промежуточные дни праздников, если не указано иное. Возможны задержки из‑за наличия, региона, ситуации с безопасностью или форс‑мажора.
The Company is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather, strikes, supplier/courier failures, security situations, or courier refusal to serve an area. We will try to arrange an alternate drop-off or cancel and refund as appropriate.
Delay caused by a wrong address, unavailability to receive the shipment, or difficulty contacting you during business hours is not a breach by the Company.
Удалённые или исключительные зоны (включая Эйлат, кибуцы/мошавы, военные базы, населённые пункты за «Зелёной линией» и зоны с ограниченным доступом) могут повлечь доплату и/или задержку. В зонах с ограничениями по безопасности Компания может оставить товар в согласованной близлежащей точке выдачи.
On delivery or self-pickup, the Company or its agents may require ID and/or presence of the payment-method holder.
Самовывоз необходимо заранее согласовать (телефон/WhatsApp) и забрать заказ только после уведомления о готовности. Забрать в течение 14 рабочих дней с даты уведомления о готовности, если не согласовано иное. Может потребоваться удостоверение личности и присутствие держателя платёжного средства. Риск переходит к вам при передаче, в том числе при самостоятельной перевозке. Основной склад: развязка Мегиддо.
Subject to non-waivable consumer rights under law, the Company’s liability for delivery delay or failure is limited to direct damage not exceeding the price of the relevant product/service, and excludes indirect damage or lost profits.
6. Отмена и возврат
Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, a consumer may cancel a distance sale within 14 days of receiving the product or the disclosure document — whichever is later — subject to the Law and these Terms.

For cancellation due to change of mind (not defect/mismatch), a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction or ₪100 — whichever is lower — may apply as permitted by law. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense; product must be in original packaging unused and undamaged.
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. Used, installed, assembled, or damaged products are not accepted for change-of-mind returns.
Если товар уже передан курьерской компании или покинул склад, отмена по собственному желанию требует возврата за счёт клиента. Оплаченные расходы на исходящую доставку могут не возвращаться после отправки, в соответствии с применимым законодательством.
Среди прочего, нельзя отменить/вернуть: изделия на заказ/по индивидуальному заказу, материалы, нарезанные по размеру, вскрытые расходные материалы, блоки и карьерные материалы на открытых поддонах, гипсовые плиты/изделия и профили, сантехнические изделия, хрупкие алюминиевые профили и строительная арматура, колерованная краска, а также товары, перечисленные в Политике возврата и в разделе 14C Закона о защите прав потребителей.
The Company may cancel a sale even after confirmation in cases of bona fide error, stock depletion, force majeure, incorrect details, non-payment, or breach of these Terms — in which case amounts paid (if any) will be refunded without additional compensation beyond what the law requires.
7. Гарантия на товары
After sale, warranty for product quality, repairs, and spare parts — where applicable — rests with the manufacturer and/or importer under the warranty certificate and applicable law. The Company is not the manufacturer of most products and is not liable for installation performed by the customer or a third party.
The website and services are provided "as is". There is no commitment of absolute fitness for a specific purpose beyond the product page and applicable law.
8. Интеллектуальная собственность
All site content — including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, design, and software — is owned by the Company and/or its licensors and protected by copyright and IP law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or use content without prior written consent. The name RAMO, trademarks, and domain names are Company property.
9. Ограничение ответственности
To the fullest extent permitted by Israeli law, and subject to non-waivable consumer rights, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost income or profits, arising from use of the site or purchases.
The Company is not responsible for third-party content, links, or services linked from the site.
Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. The Company may interrupt service for maintenance. No compensation is due for outages unless the law requires otherwise.
10. Сообщения и маркетинг
The Company may send operational messages about orders, payment, shipping, security, or customer service — without separate marketing consent.
Advertising messages will be sent only in accordance with the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 1982, and applicable consent/rules. You may withdraw consent at any time (e.g. "unsubscribe"). Opting out of marketing does not stop operational messages.

12. Блокировка доступа
Without limiting other remedies, the Company may suspend or block site access and/or cancel orders if false details are provided, illegal activity occurs, these Terms are breached, or the site or Company is harmed.
13. Применимое право и юрисдикция
These Terms and use of the site are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute lies with the competent courts of the Northern District of Israel.
14. Изменения условий
The Company may update these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. A one-off deviation from these Terms does not create a precedent.
