These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RAMO website (www.ramo.co.il) and any purchases made through it. The site is operated by RAMO – Raw Materials and More (Company No. 201298411) ("the Company", "RAMO", "we"), operating in Israel. 1. 使用资格
- •You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts. A minor using the site is deemed to have guardian approval.

2. 商品、价格与库存
Prices are in Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Site prices may differ from store/warehouse or phone quotes.
Product images are for illustration only and are not a precise commitment to appearance. Differences may occur in color, shade, finish, packaging, dimensions, or look due to manufacturer updates or production batches. Written product-page and manufacturer specifications prevail over images. A minor cosmetic difference from the image is not, by itself, grounds for cancellation beyond your rights under law. If the title does not state a brand, the supplied product may be another brand — confirm with customer service before purchase.

The Company may modify, discontinue, or update listings, quantities, and prices at any time at its sole discretion.
Some products ship from the RAMO warehouse and some directly from suppliers/manufacturers. Orders are subject to actual stock. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you, offer an alternative where possible, or cancel and refund the amount paid for that item.
A bona fide error in price, description, or product data (including a price of 0 or a materially wrong price) does not bind the Company. In such a case the Company may cancel the transaction or correct the data and ask you to re-confirm or cancel for a refund.
若您下单后、网站更新前供应商/制造商价格上涨，公司可告知涨幅（在有官方供应商通知时）并提议相应更新订单价格，或取消订单并退还已付款项。
3. 下单流程
在网站、电话或 WhatsApp 下单即构成购买要约。订单仅在您收到我们的确认且库存和付款核实后方为最终确认。本条款完全适用于电话和 WhatsApp 订单。
- •We will send order confirmation by email and/or phone/message after verifying availability and payment. An order number alone does not complete the sale.
- •The Company may cancel, refuse, or suspend an order due to stock limits, pricing/description errors, suspected fraud, incomplete/incorrect details, payment decline, or breach of these Terms.
- •If a product is unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item (or offer an alternative with your consent).
- •The Company’s computer records of site activity shall constitute prima facie evidence of the actions and their details.
4. 付款
付款通过结账时显示的方式进行，并由我们的支付服务商安全处理。常见方式包括信用卡、Bit、Apple Pay 和 Google Pay，以购买时的可用性为准。符合条件的订单可能提供分期付款，需收单机构批准。
Payment details are encrypted and processed by the payment provider. The Company does not store full credit-card numbers on its servers.
Payment decline or incomplete payment allows the Company to cancel the order. An order is complete only after charge approval and stock confirmation.
5. 配送与交付
配送按约定方式执行（送货上门、取件点、自提、特殊运输等）。大件/重物可能需要协调并产生额外费用——未经您同意不会加收。快递/承运商条款（如 HFD 或其他服务商）可能适用于运输环节。
预计配送时间按工作日（周日至周四，通常在标准营业时间内）计算，不包括周五、周六、节前夕、节日及节期中间日（另有说明除外）。可能因库存、地区、安全局势或不可抗力而延误。
The Company is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather, strikes, supplier/courier failures, security situations, or courier refusal to serve an area. We will try to arrange an alternate drop-off or cancel and refund as appropriate.
Delay caused by a wrong address, unavailability to receive the shipment, or difficulty contacting you during business hours is not a breach by the Company.
偏远或特殊区域（包括埃拉特、基布兹/莫沙夫、军事基地、绿线以外定居点及通行受限区域）可能产生附加费及/或延误。在安全受限区域，公司可将货物放在约定的附近交接点。
On delivery or self-pickup, the Company or its agents may require ID and/or presence of the payment-method holder.
自提须提前协调（电话/WhatsApp），且仅在收到订单就绪通知后取货。自就绪通知之日起 14 个工作日内取货（除非另有约定）。可能要求出示身份证件及付款方式持有人到场。货物交接时（包括自行运输期间）风险转移给您。主要仓库：米吉多路口（Megiddo Junction）。
Subject to non-waivable consumer rights under law, the Company’s liability for delivery delay or failure is limited to direct damage not exceeding the price of the relevant product/service, and excludes indirect damage or lost profits.
6. 取消与退货
Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, a consumer may cancel a distance sale within 14 days of receiving the product or the disclosure document — whichever is later — subject to the Law and these Terms.

For cancellation due to change of mind (not defect/mismatch), a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction or ₪100 — whichever is lower — may apply as permitted by law. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense; product must be in original packaging unused and undamaged.
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. Used, installed, assembled, or damaged products are not accepted for change-of-mind returns.
若商品已交给快递公司或离开仓库，因改变主意取消须由客户承担退货费用。一旦发货进行中，已付的发货运费可能不予退还，以适用法律为准。
除其他情况外，定制/特别订购商品、按尺寸裁切材料、已开封消耗品、开放式托盘中的砖块和采石材料、石膏板/石膏制品及型材、卫浴产品、精密铝型材和建筑钢材、调色油漆，以及退货政策和《消费者保护法》第 14C 条所列商品不可取消/退货。
The Company may cancel a sale even after confirmation in cases of bona fide error, stock depletion, force majeure, incorrect details, non-payment, or breach of these Terms — in which case amounts paid (if any) will be refunded without additional compensation beyond what the law requires.
7. 产品保修
After sale, warranty for product quality, repairs, and spare parts — where applicable — rests with the manufacturer and/or importer under the warranty certificate and applicable law. The Company is not the manufacturer of most products and is not liable for installation performed by the customer or a third party.
The website and services are provided "as is". There is no commitment of absolute fitness for a specific purpose beyond the product page and applicable law.
8. 知识产权
All site content — including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, design, and software — is owned by the Company and/or its licensors and protected by copyright and IP law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or use content without prior written consent. The name RAMO, trademarks, and domain names are Company property.
9. 责任限制
To the fullest extent permitted by Israeli law, and subject to non-waivable consumer rights, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost income or profits, arising from use of the site or purchases.
The Company is not responsible for third-party content, links, or services linked from the site.
Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. The Company may interrupt service for maintenance. No compensation is due for outages unless the law requires otherwise.
10. 通讯与营销
The Company may send operational messages about orders, payment, shipping, security, or customer service — without separate marketing consent.
Advertising messages will be sent only in accordance with the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 1982, and applicable consent/rules. You may withdraw consent at any time (e.g. "unsubscribe"). Opting out of marketing does not stop operational messages.

12. 访问限制
Without limiting other remedies, the Company may suspend or block site access and/or cancel orders if false details are provided, illegal activity occurs, these Terms are breached, or the site or Company is harmed.
13. 适用法律与管辖
These Terms and use of the site are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute lies with the competent courts of the Northern District of Israel.
14. 条款变更
The Company may update these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. A one-off deviation from these Terms does not create a precedent.
